Didao is a Chinese learning app built around what you actually want to say. Instead of scripted lessons, you practice with your own messages, your own voice and the Chinese you come across. DaoDao shows you how a native speaker would say it, and Didao helps you remember it.

LEARN FROM WHAT YOU WRITE
• Write the Chinese you know, even if it's half Chinglish: 我想 ask him 能不能 reschedule. The Didao keyboard shows how a native would say it (我想问他能不能改个时间), so you learn the words you were missing.
• Already wrote it in Chinese? Check gives native feedback on your grammar and phrasing while keeping your meaning.
• Suggestions explain when to use each option, and you choose what to keep. It works in the apps you already use.

LEARN FROM WHAT YOU SAY
Say it out loud in Chinese, English or a mix. Voice Rescue puts what you said next to how a native would say it, and plays it back so you can hear it. Add context or ask for other ways to say it.

UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU READ
• Look up words with pinyin, tone colours and examples.
• Ask DaoDao what an expression really means, when to use it and what sounds natural.
• Select Chinese in a photo or screenshot to learn from it.
• Download dictionaries for offline lookup.

MAKE IT STICK
Save the phrases you needed from the keyboard, your voice or the dictionary. Edit the meaning and example, then practice them with spaced repetition, so next time you need them, they're yours.

Didao also helps Chinese speakers learning English, with English and Simplified Chinese interfaces.

SETUP
Didao walks you through turning on its keyboard, then you switch to it with your phone's keyboard switcher. The keyboard never reads your clipboard. AI help needs an internet connection.

PRIVACY
Saved learning records stay on your device unless you export them. When you ask for AI help, the relevant content and context are sent for online processing. Feedback and answer ratings send only what you choose to share.

DIDAO PLUS
Didao requires sign-in and an active monthly or yearly subscription. AI features have usage limits. Subscription pricing and any eligible free trial are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
