Prepare your appeal against an unfair traffic ticket in just a few minutes from your phone. My Appeal reads the information from a photo of your notification, finds the grounds for appeal that match your situation, and creates a ready-made appeal to submit to the Magistrates' Court.

HOW IT WORKS?
1. Take a photo. Take a picture of the paper notification or the e-Government fine screen. The license plate, report number, dates, and amount are automatically read; you only need to verify their accuracy.
2. A few questions. You answer questions such as whether the vehicle belongs to you and when the notification arrived. Your grounds for appeal and the deadline for appeal are shown free of charge.
3. Apply. You download your ready-made appeal as a PDF or UYAP file; you learn step-by-step how to apply in person, via PTT, or through UYAP.

WHY MY APPEAL?
- The appeal period is 15 days and is final. The application counts down day by day and reminds you in the final days.
- Reasons such as notification delay, missing registration plate, lack of evidence, or the vehicle having been sold will be evaluated according to your situation. - Your identification information (Turkish Republic ID number, name, address) will not be removed from your phone; it will be attached to the application on your device. The notification photo will be deleted as soon as it is read.

Petition is an independent software application. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or provided by any government agency, court, judiciary, or official organization. The application only prepares a petition document with the information provided by the user. The user submits the application on their own behalf and of their own free will.
