DockHQ is job, quote and invoice software built specifically for marine
maintenance, detailing and slipway crews. Records are vessel-native, the
billing handles the things generic trade apps can't, and your clients get a
portal under your own brand.

Run the whole job from your phone:

• Vessels & clients — vessel-native records (hull, antifoul history, berth,
owner) so nothing is re-typed
• Quotes — build a quote, send it, and turn it into a job and invoice without
starting again
• Jobs — log time, materials and photos from the yard; assign staff and
contractors; track work through to completion
• Invoices — send and get paid online, with GST handled for you
• Service requests — clients request work and approve quotes from a portal in
your name
• Scheduling — a booking calendar with availability, plus service reminders so
repeat work doesn't slip
• Reports — see what's quoted, won, invoiced and paid
