Not a professional platform that u can rely on, no improvements, too many technical issues and no solutions, and no intention to solve the issues either, we contacted support but nothing was done. But we have the new leads notifications back, so hallelujah!! Who needs Shopify, right!! I guess that's says it all,

App good, just must fix some bugs, like show there is no orders yet but in realty there are orders just i recive notifications without show list of orders when enter surfing in the app i hope fix this short bug as son possible

Worst store management service ever. I requested a refund for an auto subscription that was made by mistake, but they refused to refund me and told me that this is based on their refund policy, even though they don't have a refund policy page.
