Worst store management service ever. I requested a refund for an auto subscription that was made by mistake, but they refused to refund me and told me that this is based on their refund policy, even though they don't have a refund policy page.

Not a professional platform that u can rely on, no improvements, too many technical issues and no solutions, and no intention to solve the issues either, we contacted support but nothing was done. But we have the new leads notifications back, so hallelujah!! Who needs Shopify, right!! I guess that's says it all,

Disappointing! This app used to be great, but it seems the developers have stopped updating it. It no longer functions properly and crashes constantly. Unless the developers address these issues, I wouldn't recommend this app.
