About this app

Was your flight delayed or cancelled? Dueply tells you whether you may be owed compensation under Regulation (EC) 261/2004, up to €600 per passenger, under its UK version (UK261) for flights to and from the United Kingdom, or under the Turkish SHY-YOLCU rules for flights from Turkey.

How it works
• Enter the flight number and date.
• Dueply checks the delay, the distance and the cause, and asks only the questions that matter.
• If the case holds, it prepares the letter for the airline: you send it yourself, through the airline’s own claims form.

Watch your flights
• Add an upcoming flight and Dueply keeps an eye on it: if it is delayed or cancelled, you are told and the case is reassessed.

Transparent, no commission
• Basic checks are free every month.
• No percentage of your compensation: what you get is yours.
• Optional packs of checks and watched flights, paid once on Google Play, no subscription.

Privacy
• No access to your email or your documents: a flight number and a date are enough.
• You can download or delete your data at any time from the app.
