Tap + and photograph a receipt: the scanner finds its edges, and the merchant, date, net, VAT and total are read for you. Check the figures, pick a project if you want, save, and the expense is in your books with the photo attached. No more shoeboxes of receipts at the end of the quarter.

NEW DOCUMENTS IN ONE TAP
The same + button starts a new expense, invoice or estimate, with your products, services and VAT rates.

YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE
Invoiced, received, outstanding and spent this month, your latest invoices and expenses, and shortcuts to your clients, suppliers, bills, payments and products.

INVOICES AND ESTIMATES
Preview the PDF, email an invoice to your client and record a payment when it comes in.

CERTIFICATES
Find any electrical or fire certificate, open its PDF, change its status and sign it as the inspector with your saved signature.

PROJECTS
Each project opens on its site address, with directions in your maps app, and the people to call with one tap. Its systems keep the codes, logins and devices you need on site, with passwords shown only after your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Invoices, estimates, expenses and files sit alongside, and site photos go straight into the project's folders.
