About this app

EasyKanban is a kanban board that starts the moment you open it. No account, no onboarding, no setup. You write your first card and drag it where it belongs.

START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
You can create up to 20 cards without signing up. The board stays on your device for as long as you want. When you decide to keep it and carry on at your desk, you sign in and it comes with you.

WHAT YOU GET
• Columns and cards you sort by drag and drop
• Eight color tags, plus filters and a view that groups your board by tag
• Descriptions with tickable subtasks, due dates and file attachments
• WIP limits that make it visible when a column is getting too full
• Recurring cards for everything that comes back around
• Duplicate a board, or start a new one from a template
• Import an existing board from Trello or from a CSV file

WORK TOGETHER
Invite people to a board, assign cards and comment right on the card. Anyone who gets a card assigned or a comment on their card is notified. Up to three members per board are free.

WHAT THE APP ADDS
• Sign in with Google straight from your device account, in one tap and without a detour through the browser
• EasyKanban as its own app on your home screen instead of a bookmark
• Whatever you change on the go is ready at your desk

FREE AND PRO
Free gives you three boards with unlimited cards, three members per board and 25 MB for attachments.
Pro costs 6 euros per month or 60 euros per year and lifts the limits: unlimited boards and members, unlimited attachments, the full board history and export as CSV or JSON.

YOUR DATA
No ads. No tracking for advertising. No selling of your data. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time in Settings, and single boards, cards or files just as easily.
