Echo Loop is a science-based English listening and speaking training app. It helps you turn unfamiliar audio into real understanding and build fluency through repetition and retelling.

The app combines a complete listening and speaking training loop with spaced repetition. It automatically schedules review tasks, reminds you to practice, and guides you step by step, so you can focus on listening and speaking instead of managing the process yourself.

【Eight-stage spaced repetition】
Each audio item follows an eight-stage learning cycle: initial learning, same-day review, reviews on Days 1, 2, 4, 7, and 14, and completion on Day 28. The app automatically schedules each review to help turn short-term memory into long-term memory.

【Complete initial learning flow】
The initial learning stage includes four steps:
• Blind Listening: Listen to the full audio without the transcript, get the general meaning, and rate the difficulty.
• Intensive Listening: Listen sentence by sentence. For difficult sentences, view the transcript and save unfamiliar sentences and words.
• Sentence Repetition: Repeat saved sentences with transcript support. The number of repetitions is adjusted based on difficulty, and each recording receives instant AI feedback.
• Paragraph Retelling: Listen paragraph by paragraph and retell what you hear in your own words with keywords generated by the app.

【Review stages】
From Day 1 to Day 28, review focuses on blind listening, sentence repetition, and paragraph retelling. Retelling segments gradually become longer, helping you build a stronger link between listening input and speaking output.

【Multiple playback options】
Choose from full audio playback, sentence-by-sentence playback, and saved sentences only. You can also adjust repeat count, pauses between sentences, and retelling length.

【Bookmarked sentences and vocabulary】
• Save difficult sentences with one tap and review them across all your audio materials.
• Use a built-in local dictionary with phonetic transcriptions, definitions, pronunciations, Collins star ratings, and exam tags for bookmarked words.
• Saved words are linked to their source audio and original sentences, so you can learn vocabulary in context.

【Vocabulary flashcard review】
Review words with flashcards showing the word and pronunciation on the front, and definitions plus the original example sentence on the back. It also supports auto flip, smart sorting, and progress tracking.

【AI-assisted learning】
AI can automatically generate English subtitles. During intensive listening, you can view subtitles, AI translations, and grammar explanations. Subtitles can be shown as full sentences or thought groups, helping you recognize collocations in context instead of memorizing isolated words.

【Learning progress tracking】
Track your study streak, listening input, speaking output, and vocabulary growth. You can also resume anytime from where you left off.

【Free Practice Mode】
Besides the guided learning flow, you can also use Free Practice Mode. You can adjust playback speed, choose whether to show subtitles, and save difficult sentences and words.
