HOW YOU APPLY

Auto-Apply (Chrome extension)
Apply yourself on the job form. Open an application on LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Indeed, Ashby, Glassdoor, and other ATS sites. Enlistar detects the fields, fills them from your profile, and you review before submitting.

Auto-Apply with Enlistar
Let Enlistar apply for you. Open a role in Job Openings and tap Auto Apply. Enlistar queues the application, submits it on your behalf, and notifies you when it is done.

Quick Mail
When there is no form, apply by email. Enter the company, job title, and description. Enlistar writes a tailored email and CV. You preview both, then send through your Gmail. Connecting Google is optional and used only to send the email you approve. Enlistar does not read your inbox.

AI CVs and cover letters
Generate a resume and cover letter matched to the job, the company, and your experience. Preview, edit, and download a PDF before anything is submitted or sent.

Job Openings
Browse and filter roles in one place. Open a posting and apply from Enlistar — Auto-Apply with Enlistar when there is a form, Auto-Apply yourself with the Chrome extension, or Quick Mail when email is the path.

AFTER YOU APPLY

Application tracking
Form applies, Quick Mail sends, and jobs you add yourself live in one list. Update status as you hear back (Submitted, Interview, Offered, and more). Open any record for documents and interview tools for that job.

Interview prep
Prep is tied to a job you already applied for. Enlistar generates likely questions and answer guidance for that role — behavioral, technical, situational, and background — and you can ask follow-ups in the same workspace.

Meeting Notes Taker
On a call, Enlistar takes notes from the discussion and shows realtime answers on your screen, using the job you applied for and your profile.
