eRecepta.app is the official app providing quick and secure access to telemedicine services in Poland. You can consult a doctor online and obtain an e-prescription, e-sick leave certificate (L4), or e-referral – all from the comfort of your home.

The app was designed for people who value convenience, privacy, and quick access to medical care. The entire process is conducted online and complies with applicable laws and the e-Health system (P1).

How does it work?

1. You complete a short medical form in the app.
2. The doctor reviews your request.
3. If necessary, the doctor contacts you.
4. You receive an e-prescription, L4, or e-referral electronically after the doctor's positive decision.

All data is encrypted and processed in accordance with GDPR. Documents are sent directly to the e-Health system and your Online Patient Account.
