About this app

Esplanda Orders is the merchant app for shop owners who sell with Esplanda. It brings the day-to-day running of your store — new orders, your product catalogue, sales figures and store settings — onto your phone, so you can keep serving customers without going back to a desktop.

This app is for existing Esplanda merchants. You need an Esplanda store account to sign in.

Orders
• A push notification arrives the moment a customer places an order
• Open an order to see its items, totals and customer details
• Follow each order through from new to completed
• Search and filter your order history

Sales dashboard
• Total revenue for any date range you choose
• Compare the selected period against the previous one to see how trade is moving

Inventory
• Search your catalogue and open any product straight away
• Add new products, and edit price, quantity, SKU, brand, category, size and description
• Update product images

Receipt printing
• Pair a Star receipt printer over Bluetooth, USB or your local network
• Print a receipt on demand, or print every order automatically as it arrives
• Set how many copies to print

Payments in person
• Take card payments with a supported Stripe card reader
• Accept Google Pay

Your store and website
• Edit store information, business details and banking details
• Update your logo and favicon
• Customise your Esplanda homepage, add custom pages and use your marketing tools

Changes you make in the app apply to your live Esplanda storefront.
