About this app

EscrowTab is the leading In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) eClosing solution. It consists of four components – DocPrep, eNotes, eClosing, and eVault. The EscrowTab app allows you to electronically sign and notarize documents and deliver them securely to the title company.

Functionality of the app
• Signing and notarizing.

o The notary meets with the signor and both parties sign documents with their unique handwritten signatures using the tablet. Real time document edits can be made during the signing, just like paper.

• Delivering the documents.

o Documents are validated to ensure no mistakes and no missing signatures. Documents never leave the security of our eVault and can only be accessed through the EscrowTab app.
o Original documents are immediately available to permissioned parties from our secure eVault - automation at its finest.


No Fees for Loan Documents
• There are no monthly fees or subscription fees when EscrowTab is used for loan documents.
