Euma is a tutor for your own textbook, and it talks. Open a PDF or EPUB, a textbook or your professor’s syllabus. Euma reads it aloud, explains the page, asks you a question and checks your answer, so you can study on a walk or on the train.
Made for medical students, and for anyone with a thick book and an exam date.
Your book, tutored out loud
Switch the listening mode to Tutor and press play. Euma explains the page out loud, asks you a question and waits for your answer. Say it or type it. The Tutor works out the right answer first, then tells you what you got right and what is missing.
Weak spots come back
Between pages, tap Refresh. The Tutor asks again about ideas from earlier pages that are due for review, and says which pages they come from.
Your book, read aloud
Press play and Euma reads your book aloud in its own language: a Dutch syllabus is read in Dutch. Scanned pages are read too.
Ask about the page
Stuck on a passage? Ask Euma. Answers come from your book and show the page they came from, so you can read it there yourself. They teach the intuition, the mechanism and the book’s own detail, with a question to test yourself.
A plan to your exam
Pick a finish date, such as the day of your exam, and Euma works out how many pages to read a day. Progress follows what you have actually read.

Reading, highlights and progress need no account and cost nothing.

The app is in English. The voice and the answers follow the language of your book.
