ExportFlow helps exporters find out what a destination requires while there is still time to act on it, and catch the document errors that get shipments rejected at foreign ports.

PLAN BEFORE THE DOCUMENTS EXIST
• Plan a shipment early and see what it must meet at its destination
• Change the goods, processing or packaging while changes are still cheap
• Know which certificates and tests to start now, not the week before sailing

VERIFY YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR PHONE
• Photograph or upload bills of lading, invoices, packing lists and certificates
• ExportFlow reads the key fields and asks you to confirm them
• Checks run across your documents for inconsistencies and known failure modes, such as missing HS codes, draft-status certificates and fumigation dates after loading

KEEP A RECORD
• Every check is saved with the date it was run, so you have a written record of what was verified and when
• Reports are issued under your organisation's name

PRIVATE AND SECURE
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking
• Data on your phone is encrypted, and your organisation's records are kept separate from every other customer's
• Delete your workspace and all its data yourself, at any time, from the Account screen
