The diverse documentation options have been developed especially for outpatient and inpatient work. We have dealt with the problem areas of many institutions and worked consistently to improve the situation.
In most cases, documentation costs a lot of time; it cannot be documented directly or only in rudimentary form on site. The employees are only partially satisfied with the existing structures.
With factoris.sozial we do it differently. Every employee can access the entire documentation at any time, regardless of location, whether desktop, notebook, tablet or smartphone. The documentation can be created and developed directly with and even with the client, so that documentation times in the office can be significantly reduced. Through the networked work, substitutions can easily be taken over. New employees are thus directly informed; all documentation, goals and agreements are available to them.

The comprehensive address management is a great relief for the outpatient and inpatient area. Managing telephone numbers etc. is often time consuming. It's hard to keep the data up to date.
With factoris.sozial we do it differently. Every employee is able to manage and administer the contact details for his cases himself (after approval). As soon as a change is made, it is directly available to all other employees involved in the case and the administration.
Another advantage is that new employees involved in the case can be activated easily. They can then immediately access the clients' stored data. This possibility is very much appreciated by sickness representatives.
