About this app

Fairmony is an expense tracker for couples. Add what you spend together, choose how to split it, and see one clear balance of who owes what, without linking a bank account.

FAIR SPLITS, NOT JUST 50/50
• Split by income: enter what each partner earns and Fairmony splits every shared expense in proportion, for example 62/38.
• Split 50/50, set a custom percentage, or mark an expense as your treat.
• Change the split on any single expense. Your default never rewrites past expenses.

ONE CLEAR BALANCE FOR TWO
• See who paid, each partner's share, and what is left to settle.
• Settle up in a few taps and keep a history of every payment between you.
• Both partners see the same numbers, synced on both phones.

YOURS STAYS YOURS
• Keep personal expenses in a private space that only you can see.
• Shared and personal spending live in one app, clearly separated.

SEE WHERE THE MONEY GOES
• Reports by category and by month, for the couple and for you.
• Search and filter your history by person, category, and date.

PLAN AHEAD
• Recurring expenses for rent, subscriptions, and bills.
• Installments for larger purchases, with upcoming payments in view.
• Multiple currencies for trips and couples in different countries.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No bank linking. Ever. You decide what to enter.
• Works offline and syncs when you are back online.

WHO FAIRMONY IS FOR
Couples who live together, partners with different incomes, newlyweds, long-distance couples sharing costs, and anyone replacing a spreadsheet or a bill-splitting app built for groups with one made for two.

FREE AND PREMIUM
Fairmony is free to download. The free plan includes shared expenses (up to three new ones per day), splitting by income, balances, and settling up. Fairmony Premium adds personal expenses, reports, recurring expenses, installments, multiple currencies, custom categories, and CSV export. One subscription covers both partners while you are linked.

QUICK ANSWERS
• Does Fairmony connect to my bank? No. You enter each expense yourself.
• Can we split by income instead of 50/50? Yes, and it is free.
• Does my partner need a subscription too? No. One Premium subscription covers both of you.

Monthly and annual plans are available through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Google Play subscriptions.

Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

What’s new

New: a guided first shared expense that explains who paid, each share and the balance.
New: reports tell personal and couple spending apart.
Improved: Settle up is redesigned around the payment and its result. Deleting an expense now asks you to confirm, and deleted items no longer show in History.
Fixed: History no longer goes blank while you scroll. More reliable sync recovery and stability fixes.
