About this app

Fideloop Pro is the app for your counter. You and your team scan your customers' code to add their loyalty stamps, from your own phone or a tablet.

Your customers keep their card in the Fideloop app. When they pay, they open the Stamp tab and show their code. It changes every thirty seconds, so a screenshot is no use for long.

AT THE COUNTER
• Tap "Scan a customer" and point at the code.
• The result shows straight away: "Stamp added", with the card's progress.
• The camera stays open between customers, for the rush.
• No signal? The stamp is kept on the phone and sent once you are back online.

REWARDS
• When a card is complete, the screen tells you which reward to hand over.
• The message stays on screen until you tap it, so nothing gets lost in the rush.
• The full card is archived and a new one begins.

RAFFLE VOUCHERS
• If your shop takes part in the Fideloop raffle, a customer who wins can come and spend their voucher with you.
• Scan it with the same button and see its amount and expiry date.
• Validate it once the customer has spent it. If it is not used, it stays valid for the customer.

YOUR TEAM
• Each staff member creates their own account and joins your shop with a six-character code.
• Everyone scans from their own device, and the log shows who added each stamp.
• A read-only role lets someone look without scanning.

THE CONTACTLESS CARD
• If your shop has the Fideloop contactless card, activate it from the app by holding it against the phone.
• Your customers then hold their phone near the card to get their stamp, without you scanning anything.
• A lost card can be reported in one step and never gives a stamp again.

SIMPLE SAFEGUARDS
• Each code works only once.
• No more than three stamps per customer, per shop, in any ten minutes, whoever is scanning.

GETTING STARTED
Create your shop at fideloop.app, then sign in to Fideloop Pro with the same email address. No password: we email you a six-digit code. Your card's design, your reward and your team are all set up in your merchant space.
