FieldFix is a fieldwork application for real estate maintenance companies. Each company has its own separate workspace and employees log in with the account provided by the employer.
• Objects: all maintained buildings, maintenance history and maintenance book
• Jobs and requests: agreed time, photos, materials
• Maintenance checklists: heating units, water meters, pumps and valves — on site
• Maintenance acts: PDF with signature is created on the phone and goes for approval
• Duty schedule and holidays: shifts, shift requests, departments
• Notifications: new jobs, reminder one hour before departure, act approvals
• Works without a network: a closed visit without a network is sent later
