About this app

Welcome to FindPlayPlace, a tool made by parents, for parents. It takes the guesswork out of planning an outing with the kids.

FIND SOMEWHERE TO PLAY, NEARBY
Are your littles itching for a play date? Open the map and see the playgrounds, splash pads, parks, play cafés and restaurants with play areas around you — sorted by how close they are and how fresh the information is. Search any area, or pan the map and tap "Search this area" to see what's there.

FILTER FOR WHAT YOUR FAMILY ACTUALLY NEEDS
Shade. Restrooms on site. A baby changing table. A nursing and feeding area. Free parking. Seating for parents, or somewhere stroller friendly. Narrow the map to your must-haves before you load everyone into the car.

CONFIRMED BY OTHER PARENTS
Every place carries what other families have actually found there — photos, star ratings, reviews and feature tags kept up to date by the moms and dads who visited. Looking for a birthday party spot with plenty of shade? Big slides for a five-year-old? Somewhere indoors for a rainy afternoon? Other families have already checked.

SAVE AND PLAN
Use folders to keep your favourite spots together, or to plan a trip outside your home area. Roadtripping across the state and need stops for the kids to stretch? Build the list before you leave. Your saved places sync across your devices.

Found a great playground that isn't on the map yet? Add it. Leave a review, post a photo, or tag the features you found, and the next family benefits.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES, WITH SAFETY TAKEN SERIOUSLY
FindPlayPlace is a community for families, so we do not wait for complaints:

• Faces in submitted photos are automatically blurred on your own device before the photo is ever uploaded.
• Every place, review and photo is screened for safety before it is published.
• Anyone can report content, and reported content is hidden immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
• You can block another user to hide their content from your view.
• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
