FireHub gives forestry operators and incident teams a live view of every
fire detected by the FireHawk network of AI-equipped tower cameras across
South Africa.
KEY FEATURES
• Fires tab — reverse-chronological list of every fire detection across
the cameras you have access to, with age, tower, preset, and time.
Toggle to a map view to see fires plotted geographically, colour-coded
by age (red < 1 h, amber 1–12 h, yellow > 12 h).
• Push notifications — alerts arrive within seconds of detection, with
the camera name and bearing so you can respond immediately.
• Fire detail — full-screen pinch-to-zoom on the detection frame, day-
reference overlay slider to locate features against daylight terrain,
toggle between detection-time and live conditions from the closest
weather station, "Navigate to fire" in Apple Maps / Waze / Google Maps,
and a dedicated Pilot view with bearing strip and ETA for responding
aircraft.
• Cameras tab — browse the network, sight-line cross-reference for multi-
camera triangulation, FOV wedge over each preset, and mini-map with
nearby cameras as tappable pins.
• Weather tab — live Fire Danger Index (FDI) for every assigned weather
station, with Red / Orange / Yellow / Green / Blue filters and a map
view with per-station wind-direction arrows.
• iPad-optimized layouts on all tabs with split-view detail panes.
