Fixbench Customers brings together your repair tracking and communication with your repair shops in one personal and secure space.
SIMPLE AND SECURE ACCESS
• Log in with your email and password, Apple or Google account.
• For your first login, use the customer number you received via WhatsApp or that appears on your receipt.
• Add other repairs using their private link or QR code.
• Manage your password, sessions, and account data.
YOUR REPAIR, ALWAYS CLEAR
• View active repairs and the order history of your linked repair shops.
• Track each stage, the estimated date, and any important service changes.
• Review photos and evidence in a zoomable gallery.
• View diagnoses, proposed work, services, parts, totals, and recorded payments.
• Approve, reject, or defer items on an estimate when the repair shop requires your approval.
• Read the terms and conditions and sign directly from the app when applicable. • Communicate with the repair shop within each order and maintain the service context.
• View warranties, delivery information, documents, and other information related to your repair.
• Request, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on the shop's availability.
• Receive notifications about quotes, signatures, progress updates, and equipment ready for delivery.
• Edit your profile and contact support from My Account.
The information and actions available depend on each order and the shop's configuration. Fixbench Customers only displays repairs linked to your identity and uses secure system storage.
Quotes, payments, and warranties apply to repair services and physical goods. The app does not sell digital content or subscriptions.
The camera is only requested when you choose to scan a QR code or take a photo. The app does not request location, contacts, or microphone access.
