Stancja is the property handover protocol on your phone

Moving in or moving out? Stancja walks both sides through the handover protocol room by room and ends with a signed PDF, instead of scribbled notes and photos lost in your camera roll.

HOW IT WORKS
The landlord creates an account and starts the protocol. The tenant gets a 6-character code and joins without registering. From there you work in parallel on two phones: both sides see the same thing and have the same permissions. Splitting the rooms between you is the fastest way.

WHAT YOU DOCUMENT
• Rooms with a ready-made checklist: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, balcony, other. Remove what you don't need, add your own items.
• Condition of every item: good, average, damaged or not applicable, with a note.
• Photos from the camera or gallery, up to 10 per room, each timestamped.
• Meters: electricity, cold and hot water, gas, heating or a custom type: reading, date and a photo of the meter.
• Keys, cards, remotes and keychains: how many of each were handed over.
• A comment for every room.

SIGNATURES AND THE FINAL DOCUMENT

Before signing, both sides review the generated PDF, you sign a specific document, not an abstract form. Draw your signature with a finger or type your name instead. Until the other side signs, everything can be undone and corrected. Once both signatures are in, the protocol becomes read-only and each side can download and share the final PDF independently.

EVIDENCE THAT HOLDS UP
Every photo gets a SHA-256 checksum, and so does the document as a whole. The technical footer of the PDF lets you show the file was not swapped afterwards. Photos go to private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible; national ID numbers are stored encrypted.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The app is free.
• Only the landlord needs an account: the tenant never registers.
• Both people need the app on their own phone.
• An internet connection is required.
• Languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian. Light and dark theme.
• Sign in with email, Apple or Google.
