About this app

FleetDrive is a fleet management platform for freight forwarders, courier services, and transport companies of all sizes. Any company can register, invite its own drivers, and start using the app immediately. FleetDrive is designed for the entire transport and logistics industry.


FleetDrive is aimed at the entire transportation and logistics sector. For Drivers:

- Start and end trips with a single tap, mandatory photos for vehicle and mileage
- Live location and estimated time of arrival (ETA)

- Report vehicle damage or problems, record fuel receipts with text recognition

- Team chat with automatic translation in over 15 languages

- View vacation requests, payslips, and payment history

- Trip log with GPS tracking – for 2-person trips, it shows who was driving

For Dispatchers and Companies:

- Live map of all vehicles and ongoing trips

- Trip monitoring with photos, mileage, and load

- Vehicle management with regular payments, insurance, and fuel cards

- Accounting, receipts, and reports in one place

- Multiple clients (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS, Amazon) in one system

Security and Data Protection:

- Company data is strictly separated

- Encrypted transmission
- Account and data deletion directly in the app

Login is with a company code, username, and password provided by your company.
