About this app

Flowvent Track is the official companion app for Flowvent events, youth camps, and conferences. Built for event coordinators, officials, and parents, Flowvent Track combines lightning-fast attendee check-in with real-time GPS safeguarding.

KEY FEATURES:

• REAL-TIME GPS TRACKING: Keep track of registered attendees and camp groups in real-time on an interactive map.

• VIRTUAL SAFE ZONES (GEOFENCING): Set customized geographic perimeters around event venues or camp premises. Receive immediate alerts if an attendee exits the designated safe area.

• INSTANT QR CHECK-IN: Event officials can scan attendee digital ticket barcodes and QR codes directly using the device camera for fast, touchless entry verification.

• INSTANT ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS: Stay informed with automatic push notifications for check-in receipts, perimeter boundary warnings, and emergency updates.

• GUARDIAN-FIRST PRIVACY: Attendee tracking is strictly limited to the duration of registered events. All data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest.

Whether managing a 5,000-person youth retreat or keeping your child safe during an offsite camp, Flowvent Track delivers seamless coordination and peace of mind.
