About this app

Frevanta Driver is the mobile companion app for professional truck drivers whose company runs the Frevanta transport management system. It brings your working day together on one screen: the tour you have been assigned, every stop on it, and the documentation your dispatch office needs back from the road.

Please note: Frevanta Driver requires a driver account that your dispatch team creates for you. You cannot sign up inside the app. If your company does not use Frevanta yet, please speak to your fleet manager.

Your Tour At A Glance
• See today's tour with all loading and unloading stops in sequence
• Accept or decline new assignments sent by dispatch
• Start and complete a tour with a single tap
• Follow your progress stop by stop

Guidance From Stop To Stop
• Open the next stop with its full address, time window and contact person
• Start navigation to the stop
• Call the contact at the stop without leaving the app
• Read the loading and unloading instructions dispatch left for you

Digital Proof Of Delivery
• Confirm arrival and check the cargo
• Capture the recipient's name and signature directly on your screen
• Photograph the delivery note or POD with your phone camera
• Report damage or a problem at the stop while you are still there

Vehicle And Fuel Reports
• Log a refuelling stop with litres and amount
• Report a malfunction with a severity level and description
• Check which vehicle is currently allocated to you

Your Tour History
• Look back over tours you completed in the last 7 or 30 days
• See the distance driven and the driving time for each tour

Driver Profile
• Set your availability: available, off duty or on leave
• Review your contact details and the vehicle allocated to you
• Request deletion of your account from the profile screen

Built For European Road Transport
Frevanta Driver is available in German and English. With your consent, the app shares your precise location with your company's dispatch team while you are available or on a tour — including when the app is closed or not in use — so dispatch can keep customers informed about loading and delivery times. Tracking stops when you are off duty, on leave, or signed out. Documents you capture are filed against the transport order inside your company's Frevanta account.
