Ratings and reviews

DO NOT USE!! They changed their terms and conditions earlier this year to charge a $50 fee for account inactivity. There was no email sent out as notification of this change and after reviewing their terms and conditions, it basically says that the T&C can be changed at any time and without notification. Apparently the expectation is that the user conduct a periodic review of the T&C to ensure nothing has changed. THEY ARE THIEVES!!

I've had a terrible experience with Freewallet. After delaying the verification process for over a year, they ended up stealing my funds under the excuse that the account was inactive. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. I have permanently deleted my account from this fraudulent site.

Reluctantly switched from my previous wallet after they changed their fee structure (absolute robbery). Did some research and FRWT kept coming up in forums as a solid alternative. Three months in and I'm actually glad I made the switch. The app is faster, more intuitive, and the customer service is leagues better
