Pick a goal. Pick how much you can change each week. futureGoal does the math and tells you the exact day you'll arrive. No vague encouragement. No streaks shaming you when you miss a day. Just the date.
What you can track:
• Weight goals. Pick your starting weight, your target, and a safe weekly pace.
• Money goals. Savings, debt payoff, house deposit, first $10k. Defaults to your local currency.
• Fitness goals. Running distance, strength milestones, marathon training.

For weight goals, we cap challenges at 2 lb per week and surface healthy rate guidance because we want you to actually feel good when you arrive. We are deliberately positioned away from "crush your goal" rhetoric. This is a tool for showing up.
