Dotted is one app for the whole house: chores that rotate fairly, bills that split cleanly, and house rules everyone actually agreed to, in writing.

YOUR HOUSE AGREEMENT
Draft your house rules together, from quiet hours to guests to the thermostat. Every member signs, and changes go through a proposal and a vote. Nothing changes behind anyone's back.

CHORES THAT ROTATE FAIRLY
Set up chores once and Dotted rotates them through the house on schedule. Mark them done, pass a turn with a reason when life happens, or pick up an overdue chore for a housemate. Reliability standings keep the effort visible, and gentle nudges from the house move things along.

BILLS WITHOUT THE AWKWARDNESS
Split rent, utilities, and group purchases equally or with custom amounts. Enter a receipt item by item, with each person claiming what they bought. Household members on iOS can scan paper receipts, and everyone in the house can view and claim them.

SETTLE UP SIMPLY
Dotted tracks who owes whom and nets it out to one number. Pay a housemate back through Venmo or Cash App with the amount and an itemized note prefilled, then mark it settled. Dotted never holds or transfers money.

BUILT FOR SHARED LIVING
Invite-only households with admin approval. An activity feed of everything that happens. Reminders before chores are due. Widgets for today's chores and house money. No ads, no tracking, and your household's data is never sold.
