About this app

Midas is the mobile app (iOS and Android) for your organization: centralize how payments are requested, who authorizes them, and which account or fund applies—without scattering emails or loose sheets.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Workspaces with teams and roles: who needs to make a request, who executes it, and who authorizes it, according to your organization's configuration.

• Payment requests with a clear amount, category, and description for a streamlined and traceable approval process.

• Attachments (including photos or files when your process allows): optional selection from your gallery or camera; only use these permissions if needed to verify expenses.

ACCOUNTS AND TRANSACTIONS
• List of the organization's accounts (based on your permissions) and transaction history for internal team control.

• Transfers between accounts within the same organization when enabled, to move balances within your own records/controls.

• Transactions and movements aligned with the Midas workflow as a corporate management tool — this does not replace your external financial institution or its licensed services.

PETTY CASH AND REVOLVING FUNDS
• Creation and tracking of revolving funds (petty cash) with an available balance configured by your team.

Recording of petty cash expenses within your organizational controls; replenishment from the source account according to your permissions and workspace policy.

WORK MODES
• Some organizations may operate with only authorizations or with a more stringent financial ledger. The app reflects the configured mode without you having to guess local rules.

VISIBILITY AND SECURITY
• Login based on your team's deployment (managed server such as getmidas.app or another provided by your company).

You can implement local security measures such as device recognition when available to reduce friction, with your responsibility for the team.

LEGAL AND PERSONAL DATA
• From your profile, you'll find the privacy policy and terms (public HTTPS website) and the account deletion request page, following the process described there for compliance with store and privacy regulations.

WHO USES IT? Finance teams, management, and operators who need to manage recurring payments without losing basic auditing within their organization using Midas — not intended for minors or for consumer financial products (loans, retail banking, external investments within this app).

If your organization has a defined support point, use it. For institutional contact and privacy information, see the public links within the app and on your official domain.

IMPORTANT — SCOPE
Midas serves as process and record-keeping software applicable within your organizational teams. Responsibility for actual tax, accounting, legal, or banking decisions remains with each client's financial/compliance manager and their financial institutions. The app must be used in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
