About this app

GiftCrew is the shared wishlist app for families, friend groups and coworkers. Share what you'd love to receive, let everyone claim gifts in secret, and never unwrap the same present twice.

How it works
• Make your wishlist. Add gifts with photos, links and notes, or paste a product link and GiftCrew fills in the name, description and photos for you.
• Share it with your group. Invite family, friends or coworkers with a link or code.
• Claim gifts in secret. Everyone sees what's already taken, except the person whose wishlist it is, so the surprise stays a surprise.

Secret claims, zero duplicates
Claim a gift and the rest of the group sees it's taken. The birthday person never sees who's buying what. Several people can claim the same item to split a bigger gift.

Groups and birthday countdowns
Create groups for family, friends or the office, with up to 50 people each. See every upcoming birthday at a glance, with a countdown and their wishlist one tap away.

Secret Santa
Draw names at random for 3 to 50 people, set a budget and an exchange date, and see your giftee's wishlist right after the draw. With Pro, Santas can also chat anonymously with the person they're buying for.

Weddings, showers and every big day
Create an event for a wedding, baby shower, graduation or anniversary. The people you're celebrating build one shared wishlist, guests claim from it, and a live countdown runs to the big day. Honorees never see the claims or the guests' chat.

Gift chat (Pro)
Plan gifts together in real time with @mentions and #item tags. The person you're shopping for is never part of the conversation.

AI gift ideas (Pro)
Stuck for ideas? Get personalized suggestions for your own wishlist, based on what you've already saved and the interests you choose.

Reminders
Get push reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before every birthday, Secret Santa exchange and event, and on the day itself. You choose which notifications you get.

Made for everyone in your group
Light and dark mode. Friends and family who don't use Android can join from any phone or computer through the GiftCrew website, and everything stays in sync.

Plans
Free: up to 5 wishlist items and 3 groups, with claiming, Secret Santa, events, birthday countdowns and reminders.
Pro: up to 50 wishlist items and 20 groups, gift chat, event chat and Secret Santa chat for everyone in the groups you own, and AI gift ideas.

Your privacy
Your wishlist is visible only to people in your groups. GiftCrew never handles money: it coordinates who's getting what, and you buy gifts wherever you like. We don't sell your personal information.
