GigGrid is the all-in-one companion for festivals, conferences and multi-stage events — one app that works two ways: plan your perfect day as an attendee, or run your whole crew in real time.

FOR FESTIVAL-GOERS

• The full line-up on one live grid — every stage and act on a single timeline, with a moving NOW cursor so you always know what's on. Switch horizontal or vertical, reorder the stages you care about, and see artist photos by default.
• Search & filter — jump straight to any artist, stage or genre across the whole schedule.
• Favorite & get reminded — star the sets you love and GigGrid nudges you before each one starts, so two stages never cost you a show.
• Pick your event, set a default — browse featured festivals, add the ones you're attending, and open straight to your event every time.
• Live festival weather — real temperature, next-hour rain chance, wind and UV, with fun forecasts and heads-ups for incoming rain, strong sun or a chilly night.
• Works offline — your schedule, favorites and artist photos are saved to your phone, so packed fields and dead zones can't take them away. Everything syncs when you're back.
• Sign in your way — Apple, Google or email. Pick up where you left off on any device.

GigGrid is a real-time coordination platform that keeps your whole team in sync from load-in to encore.

• Live timeline grid — every stage, act, pause and cue on one screen, with crew bands under each act showing who's assigned.
• Deploy your crew — create teams, invite by email or join code, assign members to one or more stages.
• Smart check-ins — require check-ins at the start, middle and end of shows, with a tunable window. Check in from an artist's page or a notification, see who's already covered it, and read success / late / missed states right on the grid.
• Cue system — drop strict or loose cues on the timeline; each fires a push and haptic alert to assigned crew.
• Instant alerts — message the whole crew, or just one stage's team, in a tap.
• Help & tasks — ask for backup from any act and see who's committed; run a tasks board with templates and reminders.
• Punch-card passes — export a printable crew pass per member as a PDF, with their shifts and live check-in progress.
• Offline-first — check in with no signal; it saves on the phone and syncs later. Reminders arrive as real notifications that cut through sleep and Focus.
• AI schedule import — paste a line-up URL or upload a PDF and GigGrid extracts every stage, act and time slot to import in one tap.
• AI event assistant — change the schedule in plain language; it proposes a plan you approve, and can re-sync from the official source.
• Delegate & archive — grant a trusted organizer admin rights for a single event (edit the program, notify attendees, see demographics), and park finished events to keep your list tidy — their stats and teams stay, and you can revive anytime.
