About this app

Glidepath is a simple, private tracker for people taking GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, whether you take weekly shots or a daily pill.

LOG EVERY SHOT
Record your medication and dose in a couple of taps. Pick your injection site on a body map, and Glidepath suggests where to go next so you can rotate sites.

NEVER MISS A DOSE
Get a reminder at your dose time, plus a gentle "Did you take your shot?" check the next morning in case one slipped by. An optional evening nudge reminds you to log protein, water and how you feel. Taking oral semaglutide? An "OK to eat" timer lets you know when your 30-minute fasting window is over. Reminders run right on your phone, with no account or internet needed, and you can turn each one on or off.

ESTIMATED MEDICATION LEVEL
See a visual estimate of how your medication level rises and falls over time, based on the doses you log and published half-life data. It's an estimate for your own understanding, not a lab measurement.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Log your weight and watch your trend over time, with each dose period shaded on the chart. See your total change, weekly average and how your results compare across doses.

DAILY CHECK-INS
A 20-second check-in to rate side effects like nausea, fatigue and heartburn, plus food noise and energy. Over time, Glidepath shows patterns, such as which side effects tend to show up the day after your shot.

UNITS CALCULATOR
Convert a dose in mg to units on a U-100 syringe, based on your vial's strength. Always confirm your dose and draw volume with your prescriber or pharmacist.

SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR
Create a clean one-page PDF of your doses, weight trend, side effects and injection sites for the last 30 days, 90 days or all time, ready to bring to appointments. You can also export your data as a CSV.
