Say what you intend, like "Exercise 5 times a week" or "Read 20 pages a day". Choose your keepers: friends, family or a coach. Check in with one tap. Your keepers see it and respond. Keep it going, day by day or week by week.
Say it, share it, keep it
- Set an intent in any area of life: Body, Food, Mind, Faith, Relationships, Money, Learning or Breaking free.
- Ask the people you trust to keep you. Keepers use Good Intent too, so they see your check-ins as they happen.
- Check in with one tap. Add a note or a photo if you like. Honest misses count too.
Your people have your back
- Keepers respond with Cheer, Proud or Seen.
- Gone quiet? Your keepers get a gentle prompt to send you a kind word. A nudge, not a nag.
- Keep others too: see who you keep and how they are doing, all in one place.
Streaks that forgive
- Streaks count your kept days or weeks.
- Earn freezes as you go. A freeze forgives a missed day, so one bad day does not undo a good month.
- Share your streak as an image when you reach a milestone.
