Gosoft Real Estate Management is the official app for real estate companies, construction firms, land developers, and businesses that use the Gosoft system. Access all your information simply, quickly, and securely from your mobile phone.

FOR CLIENTS
• Your contracts in one place: lot, block, and neighborhood unit.

• Project plan with your lot's location.

• Payment plan with installments, amounts paid, and due dates.

• Simple and detailed account statements in PDF format.

• Complete lot information sheet in PDF format.

• Receipts for each payment, ready to download and share.

• Your company's contact information: phone number, WhatsApp, email, and location.

• Notifications from your company.

FOR COMPANY STAFF
If you also work at the company, the app displays the Staff tab with the modules you have enabled:
• Quick Purchases: Register purchases and expenses from your cell phone, with an attached photo of the receipt or invoice.

• Cash, credit, or credit with down payment payment options, with installment plans.

• Each completed purchase is viewed as a printed document and exported to PDF.

• Expense item catalog with its corresponding accounting codes.

• Accounts Payable: Pay installments to suppliers and check your outstanding balance.

• Debt report up to a date of your choice, by unit or for the entire company, in PDF and Excel formats.

Everything you register in the app is instantly reflected in the web system, and vice versa.

FOR BUSINESSES
If you are a customer of a business that uses Gosoft, view your purchases, payments, and receipts all in one place.

YOUR ACCOUNT
• Choose your company from the list and log in with your username.

• The app remembers your session and takes you directly to your company.

• My profile: Change your password and profile picture using your camera or gallery.

SECURITY
Each person only sees their own information. Staff only have access to the units and modules that the company has enabled for them.
