The POC Betha Application is direct access for employees, partners and resellers to the company's services. With this tool, employees/partners/resellers have access to a vast menu of requests and information that facilitate the day-to-day lives of those who work and represent the systems.
It is a shortcut between the collaborator/partners/resellers and Betha Sistemas, allowing them to send their criticisms, suggestions and complaints directly through the application, as well as access information quickly and directly. With the interaction of employees/partners/resellers, Betha Sistemas can formulate its service policies based on the greatest needs recorded in the different regions of Brazil.
Through the application, they will have access to the calendar of events and meetings, news, information, telephone numbers, Betha Sistemas data, and the request channel. Each menu topic opens an appropriate field for the specified utility.
