Got a home repair quote and no neutral way to know how it compares? Grainwork gives homeowners an independent read from their own footage.

Film or photograph the repair area. Add your ZIP code. In about a minute, Grainwork builds a repair estimate with:
• an estimate range for the visible work
• line items, labor, and material assumptions
• evidence from your own capture
• a PDF record you can keep or share

Have a contractor quote? Enter the total, snap a photo, or import a PDF. Grainwork places the quote beside its estimate range so you can see where the price and scope differ. The free comparison gives you the read; optional paid Bid Check credits unlock the line-by-line breakdown, focused questions to ask, and a report.

Grainwork is structurally independent:
• We take no money from contractors
• We sell no leads
• We do not refer you to a contractor
• We do not use your data for advertising

Use Grainwork across roof, HVAC, plumbing, paint, drywall, siding, concrete, and other home-repair categories. Local pricing uses the ZIP code you provide and calibration data from real repair work.

Each estimate becomes part of your home's private record. Save repair documents, organize visits by room, and keep a plain-English history of what was seen and when.

You can start anonymously. Sign in with Google to keep the same Grainwork account across devices. Delete your account and associated data in Settings or at grainwork.app/delete-account.html.
