Gribo is mushrooms and heroes. An app for foragers that turns mushroom picking into an adventure: it suggests what a mushroom might be, remembers your spots, guides you back to the forest and rewards every trip – from casual forager to Grand Huntsman.
MUSHROOM HINTS ON YOUR PHONE
• Species hints from a photo run on the phone, even without signal in the forest.
• The in-app camera guides you through three shots: cap, underside and base.
• Results are always shown as “probably”, with a percentage and a list of look-alikes.
• A warning when a mushroom may be deadly poisonous.
MUSHROOM ATLAS
• Over 150 species found in Poland and Central Europe, including all deadly poisonous ones.
• Photos, watercolours, descriptions, look-alikes and protected species marked.
• “Mushroom expert”: nearby mushroom inspection points and poison centres in Poland, also offline.
• A quiz with three difficulty levels – learn to tell mushrooms apart.

• Offline map of your finds.
• Spots with season history: what, how much and when you found it.
• Navigation back to a spot, even from a forest car park.

Photos, exact locations and spots stay on your phone. The community map only gets an approximate area, species and month – never the exact place. No account, no ads, no tracking.

A photo-based identification is only a hint and does not replace a mushroom expert. Gribo never says a mushroom is edible. Never eat a mushroom based on the app – show any mushroom you are unsure about to a qualified mushroom inspector. If you suspect poisoning, call 112 or your local emergency number.
