Garbage. Every single time I open the app it has to reload all the same forms. instead of keeping them on the device it has to pull it from the cloud. And it's not fast. whenever I need to use a form it always takes a minute to update. App is slow and unreliable. Surprised how bad it is considering how many companies use it. Update: After the branding update everyone in the company now gets emailed when every single other person completes any kind of form. I guess it can get worse.

First off it uses an obscene amount of bandwidth. The form list takes as long to load as a webpage on 3g, if you have a great signal. The button that asks for feedback takes you to their home page. There is no feedback option there. I don't know if it's just my company, but the layout in the app is unbelievably stupid and they claim that they can't fix it. I could write a decent little essay on all the problems, but Google doesn't want that. In the end it's super clunky, but it mostly works.

I like that we don't have to have a pen or paper to fill out any forms, so the digital behavior forms are easy to access. Different training courses can be completed easily without spending loads of money for travel also give it a plus. As well as company policies being found easily. The only thing that I can add as far as improvement would be a more organized platform for filling out behavior based safety forms.
