The mode is chosen at startup and can be changed at any time in settings.

🔐 ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE USAGE
To enforce parental controls, HelpGlowUp uses Android's Accessibility Service: it detects which app is currently open on screen, compares it to the list of apps allowed by parents, and blocks unauthorized ones in real time. No screen content (text, images, or input) is ever read, collected, or transmitted.
