this all will keep up with names and situations and give you good advice. it is helping me through a nasty divorce and the aftermath of it. its cheaper than a real therapist and I can access it at any time. plus the check in i have set up are monumental for my mental help. I dont feel all alone now

overall this is a good app from top to bottom. feels a little repetitive sometimes and some of the things needed aren't available.
