HostHours is a rental property work-hours tracker and STR, LTR & REPS hour log for U.S. short-term rental (STR) and long-term rental (LTR) owners.
Record property work as it happens instead of rebuilding the year later. Keep each property's activity records organized while the details are still fresh, review missing information, and prepare factual records for CPA review, including hour records you may discuss with your CPA in relation to REPS.
