Hourwright takes your to-do list and places every task into the free time in your Google Calendar, so you open your phone to a plan for the day instead of a list you still have to arrange.
You add your tasks with a duration and a priority, plus a due date where one exists, and set the hours you actually work. Hourwright reads when you are busy in Google Calendar and books each task into the gaps around your meetings. A task that is too long for one sitting is split across several, and anything that does not fit is reported to you by name instead of being quietly dropped.
When your week changes, you run the scheduler again and the plan is rebuilt in about a second, which replaces the twenty minutes of dragging blocks around that makes most people give up on time blocking.
