About this app

Hovera is the app for riding stables, horse transport companies, horse owners and riders. It works with the Hovera system (app.hovera.app) — what you save on the phone shows up in the web panel right away, and the other way round.

STABLE
• “Today” dashboard: lessons, tasks and things to do on one screen.
• Lesson and riding calendar: add, reschedule, attendance and status.
• Horse record: health and vaccinations, weight, feeding, journal, camera photos and documents.
• Stalls with a QR code scanner and a feed store.
• Clients, passes, invoices with PDF preview and messages with horse owners.
• Works offline too: changes wait on the phone and upload when the connection is back.
• Seven staff roles (owner, admin, manager, instructor, employee, vet, viewer) — everyone sees only what they are allowed to.

TRANSPORT — OFFICE
• Transport inquiries, job exchange, subcontracting and empty return trips.
• Quotes for customers, trip assignment (driver and vehicle), invoices.
• Fleet map: where the ongoing trips are and which phone has been silent for too long.

TRANSPORT — DRIVER
• Your own trips with route, horses and customer contact.
• “On my way to pickup”, start and finish a trip with one tap.
• Transport protocol with the customer's on-screen signature — even offline.
• Trip tracking: if the company has enabled it, the app sends the phone's location only from trip start to trip finish, with a persistent notification on screen. The customer gets a link to see where the transport is.
• Trips in your phone calendar (ICS).

HORSE OWNER
• Your horses, their documents and history.
• Transports and their progress, invoices, pending decisions (e.g. changes proposed by the stable).
• Sign in with the same account as in the Hovera panel.

RIDER
• Create your own account: “I ride at a stable — create an account”, confirmed with a code by text message or e-mail (the stable must have you in its client list).
• Lessons: book, reschedule, cancel.
• Passes, invoices, horses, messages with the stable and documents.
• Several stables on one account.

NOTIFICATIONS AND SECURITY
• Push notifications about lessons, trips and messages.
• Optional app lock with fingerprint or screen lock.
• Encrypted connection, sign-in token kept in encrypted storage on the phone.
• Delete a rider account in the app (More → Delete account) or at app.hovera.app/usun-konto.

Stable and transport company staff accounts are created by the company in the app.hovera.app panel. The app is free; companies use Hovera under a subscription.
