HuckYA is the field side of Huck Ya, the scheduling and invoicing system for small service businesses. The office plans the work on the web; the crew runs the day from their phones — and everything they record flows back the moment there's signal.

Built offline-first. When the work goes off the grid, the app goes with it: the day's jobs, customers, maps, checklists, and prices are already on the phone. Punch in, finish jobs, add notes and photos — it all syncs when you're back in coverage.

What’s new

Crew names on every job: the job screen now shows who is assigned and who wrote each note and update, by name.

New customer screen: tap a customer to see their contact details, properties and recent jobs. Map pins that cover several jobs now list them so you can pick the right one.

The Punchcard refreshes as soon as a sync lands. Sync windows now line up with midnight, so a day's jobs never split across two pulls.

First launch rebuilds the local database once.
