hugshot is a new kind of photo: one you can only take together.

When you’re with someone, tap the hug button and pick them. hugshot checks they’re right next to you. They accept, each of you takes your photo, and hugshot puts the two halves together into one hugshot.

You can’t take one alone, and there are no retakes. A hugshot proves you were in the same place, at the same time.

PALS ARE MADE IN PERSON
You don’t add pals with a button. Your first hugshot with someone makes you pals, so your circle only grows with the moments you actually live.

A CALENDAR OF YOUR MOMENTS TOGETHER
• Every hugshot pops onto your home calendar as a sticker.
• Swipe between your pals to see their calendars.
• Gather hugshots into Moments: a weekend, a night out, a trip.
• See on the map where each hugshot was taken.

• Message your pals, like and comment on their hugshots.
• Leave a sealed note: it only opens at your next hugshot together.
• Get a nudge when a pal is right next to you.

PRINT IT FOR REAL
Turn a hugshot into a postcard: write on the back, pay in the app, and we print and mail it. Send it to yourself, surprise a pal, or share a link so a friend adds their address.

HUGSHOT PLUS
The hug, your pals and your hugshots stay free. Plus adds unlimited Moments, as many sealed notes as you like, HD export and your hugshots as stickers in your messages. With Duo, you also give Plus to a pal you’ve taken a few hugshots with.

For friends you don’t see often enough, hugshot makes those moments count. For the ones you see every day, it makes ordinary moments matter.

Keep your account private and only your pals see your hugshots.
