Hyttera keeps the cabin running when you are away, and keeps the peace when you are all there.
It began as the app for shared cabins: a fair booking calendar so holidays stop being a negotiation, costs split to the last krone, and a cabin file that survives the handover to the next generation. But a cabin also needs watching. So Hyttera connects to the gear many cabins already have and raises the alarm the moment something goes wrong.
Watches the cabin Frost, leak, power and offline alarms while no one is there, now joined by smoke, CO and heat. Smart pre-heat follows your bookings and runs in the cheapest electricity hours, through Sikom, Sensibo, Mill, Adax, Tibber, Victron and Home Assistant. An energy view shows what each stay cost, year over year. No separate app to open.
Fair for everyone who shares Five booking rules, from free booking to approval, points, holiday rotation and a lottery, so the app is the referee and no one has to be. Split costs by equal shares, ownership or actual nights, with settlement links instead of awkward reminders. Votes with deadlines, all on record. Hyttera never touches the money.
The cabin's whole story Deeds, insurance, manuals and service history in an encrypted document safe. Arrival and departure checklists and winterization routines with photo proof, good enough for the insurer. Export everything, anytime, in open formats.
Help when you need it A frost, leak, power or snow-load alarm becomes a request to a verified local provider in one click, with the alarm's context attached. Businesses are checked against the register, and reviews come only from real jobs.
