IJAR is a rental marketplace for the Gulf. Landlords and agents advertise homes, offices, shops and industrial space; tenants search, compare and get in touch — in English or Arabic.

Find a place
• Browse residential, commercial and industrial property for rent in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
• Search by city and neighbourhood, property type, bedrooms, size and rent. Rents are shown yearly or monthly, exactly as the lister quoted them.
• See the neighbourhood on a map, or open the map view to find where the listings are.
• Search near you, and save listings to a shortlist to come back to.
• Every listing shows an estimate of what it costs to move in, before you make contact.

List your property
• Publish in a few steps using choices, not paragraphs: photos, facts and rent. There is no free-text description to write.
• Photos are checked automatically before they appear.
• You decide how tenants reach you: a direct call or WhatsApp, or by request — a tenant's name and number are sent to you only when they ask to be contacted.
• Agents can add their registration details for each market they list in.

Privacy by design
• Your phone number is never shown publicly. It is released only when you choose.
• The exact address stays private until you accept an enquiry. The map shows the neighbourhood, never the front door.
• Listings never ask about, or let anyone search by, nationality, religion, ethnicity or marital status. "Families" and "bachelors" describe the property.
• Sign in with Google or email. A verified phone number is needed to publish a listing or send an enquiry, which keeps listings genuine and cuts spam.

How it works
IJAR connects people. It does not view properties, hold deposits, handle rent or draft leases — what happens after you get in touch is between you and the lister. Buying and selling is not offered.

Free to use. A listing runs for 30 days and can be renewed.
