Imaginos is the working tool for professionals who follow hair and skin closely.

Built for dermatologists, trichologists and clinics, it solves the problem no folder of photos can solve: comparing the same region of the same patient's scalp or skin, months apart — same framing, same scale, same reference.

WHAT YOU DO WITH IT

• Guided capture — each new photo is born aligned with the previous one, region by region, so the comparison is honest.
• Timeline by region — every visit to a given point of the scalp or the skin, side by side, with no hunting through files.
• Markers — points of interest that carry across visits and are still the same point months later.
• Hair measurement at true scale — count and thickness in micrometers, derived from your dermatoscope's calibration.
• Artificial intelligence (AI) support — flags findings that deserve your attention, always as support for your reading, never as a substitute for it.
• PDF reports — for the medical record and for the conversation with the patient.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The AI gives you a second look at what you just captured. On hair, it counts strands and measures their thickness at true scale, from your dermatoscope's calibration. On skin, it screens lesions and shows where the model looked, so you can judge whether the reading makes sense.

It is a starting point for your own reading, never a conclusion. AI never examines the patient, never names a disease and never suggests a treatment.
