Ratings and reviews

This + Anki + Wiktionary is all you need to learn Chinese. Everything is very smooth after the update. I think to monetise it while still keeping the free tier usable (without reducing functionality) you could add the option to add your own links/videos. Personally I skip AI videos because the pronunciation is off, and I am against AI use whenever there's an alternative. It also takes away from the daily free video allowance, with fewer human videos. Also pls add vocabulary exporting!

No autopause per subtitle. Looping while thinking is annoying as is constantly trying to manually pause after last word before next subtitle. Memory leak causes app to gradually slow down. Too easy to switch to next video accidentally. App autoplays on launch which is very annoying when just wanting to get back a previous video - if you switch away to a video in favourites it will still play in background. No noticeable updates for ages.

Best app for learning Chinese IMO. You get videos of real people speaking, all words are explained (especially if you combine it with Pleco) and it tracks your progress. Full praise to the developers.
