Wont open sometimes. When it does, I am not able to send pre-alerts, because as soon as i choose the file to send, the page refreshes and all the info previously entered is lost. Useless. There is no tab to see existing pre-alerts either. Who designed this junk?

this app doesn't open on new android phone. old iqpack app still works on 5 year old phone. update: the app is working very well as of June 2025
